The Moodys

SCOTT MOODY, PASTOR OF MEMBER CARE AND ADMINISTRATION

Scott and Jessica Moody are both natives of Georgia. While attending the University of Georgia, they met and fell in love. They were married in 2005, and now have have two children, Samuel (2 years) and Cole (3 months). Both Scott and Jessica understood their need for Christ in middle school, but began to grasp how the Gospel should impact all areas of their lives in college. After graduating from UGA, Scott and Jessica interned together at a local church under the college pastor. Jessica completed a Master of Arts in Women Studies in 2007 at Southeastern Seminary where Scott recently completed his Masters of Divinity.

The Moody family enjoys spending time together, laughing a lot (mostly at Sam), reading good books, watching sports (especially Georgia football and Braves baseball), exploring the great outdoors, and getting to know people. Most of all, they enjoy seeing the Gospel transform lives!
The Moody’s are excited about seeing God exalted among the people of Myrtle Beach.
